My Journey
I started Zest because I’ve lived the struggle myself. In one of the darkest seasons of my life, I faced severe depression and anxiety while caring for my young daughter on my own. I didn’t have a roadmap, but I took one small step at a time: planting seeds in our small apartment, making food I could tolerate, moving my body whenever I could, and reaching out to friends for support.
Those small choices added up. Over time, I rebuilt my health, confidence, and life—learning that wellness is never just about food or workouts. It’s about movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and connection—all working together to help you feel strong, capable, and resilient.
